1. Who we are

2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and confirm it before generating images.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (for example, creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits).
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are purchased as one-time packs through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- One standard generated photo uses the number of credits shown in the app at the time of generation (currently 1).

- If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Your uploads
- You may only upload images you own or have the right to use, and that do not infringe anyone's rights.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process your uploads, including sending them to our third-party AI providers, solely to provide the Service to you.
- Do not upload images of people without consent, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or otherwise prohibited. Providers may refuse content that triggers their safety filters.
5. Generated images
- Subject to these Terms and the terms of our AI providers, you may use images you generate for your own products and marketing. [LEGAL REVIEW: ownership/IP position of AI-generated output in your jurisdictions; flow-down of provider terms]
- AI output can contain errors. The Service aims to preserve your product's appearance but does not guarantee exact reproduction of text, logos, colors or details. You are responsible for reviewing images before publishing them and for any claims you make about your products.
- Similar images may be generated for other users.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass rate limits or credit controls, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to create misleading, infringing or unlawful content.
7. Availability and changes
The Service depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times. We may change features, styles or providers. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [LEGAL REVIEW: limitation and exclusion wording, consumer carve-outs]
9. Termination
